Merge joins whole PDFs. Extract saves selected pages in one file; Split makes a file for each page. Use Organise to rearrange individual pages. OCR makes scans searchable, while PDF to Word creates a file you can edit in Word.

Check the file and page limits on each tool. Keep your original until you have opened the download and checked the pages that matter. If a large file fails on a phone, try fewer pages or a desktop browser.
