Letters, forms and everyday paperwork were taking too much time. I needed one place to work with scanned pages, make PDFs and keep them organised. I built Rebuildfree for those jobs.

My background is in audio, design, motion and video production. I designed and built Rebuildfree, tested its tools and wrote the guides on this site.

What the tools cover

The tools handle PDF editing, page organisation, scans, images and selected document conversions. Recognised text can contain mistakes, and complex tables or layouts may need manual corrections. Password removal requires the current password. Check each tool’s limits before choosing a file.

What the guides can help with

The guides explain how to choose a tool, use it and check the result. They cannot tell you whether a particular document is correct. Keep the source and compare any changed names, numbers or wording before using the saved copy.

Testing

Testing method

I test the tools with sample digital PDFs, scans, phone photos, forms, tables and deliberately damaged PDFs. Visitor documents are not used for testing.

The worked examples use sample files. Checks cover page counts, readable text and saved output, but they cannot catch every wording or layout problem. Review the pages that matter to your task before using the result.
