Organise pages

Organise PDF pages: reorder, rotate, remove, duplicate, insert or import.

Put PDF pages in the order you need

Use page thumbnails to find missing, misplaced or upside-down pages, then save the assembled document as a new PDF.

Find the page before changing it

The thumbnail rail shows each page beside the full-size view. Select a thumbnail to inspect a blank scan back, duplicated cover or misplaced appendix before deleting or moving it.

New blank pages, duplicates and imported pages appear after the selected page. Select the intended position first, then check the rail after the addition.

Move, rotate or add pages

Move pages up or down, turn sideways scans and delete pages you do not need. Duplicate copies the selected page; a new blank page uses that page’s size and orientation.

To add pages from another PDF, choose them from its thumbnails. They arrive in source order after the current page, and the import can be reversed in one Undo step.

Check the assembled sequence

For a scanned bundle, correct orientation first, remove unwanted scan backs and then check the order. Make sure an appendix follows the document it belongs to and that signature pages are still included.

If you only need a known list of pages, Extract pages may be quicker. Split PDF makes one file per page; Rotate PDF turns all pages together. Use this workspace when you need to see and adjust individual pages.

Leave room for additions

The editor accepts up to 200 pages and 200 MB. The assembled document must stay within those limits, so a 188-page PDF can accept no more than 12 extra pages.

Save a new copy, open it in another reader and check the page count and order. Undo is available during editing; a local recovery draft may remain in this browser until you clear or replace it.
